Guidelines:
Here is your opportunity to contribute to a web file of outstanding Armenian
woman known for their writing and, preferably also, the promotion of Armenian causes and culture.
A. Send a proposal to AIWA: Writers Web Site.
State your reason/s for the selection. We can only work on so many at a time. So please select
outstanding individuals only.
Include:
1. NAME of Person in full
2. PHOTO of person (clear copy b/w, or .jpg file)
Note that any photos supplied must be in the public domain, or you have
to forward stated permission fo their use.
3. Main reason of this person’s fame
4. DATES when alive, born, or active
5. BIO: No more than 4 paragraphs. You can submit as much as you like. Expect that
it will be abbreviated.
6. PUBLICATION list, preferable in reverse chronological order (most recent first),
and PUBLISHER, and DATES
7. EXCERPT of WRITING, namely writing sample or two, no more than ½ or ¾ page
8. RESOURCES where did you find the material. Be specific, so someone else can duplicate
your efforts
9. Your name, date of submission, and how to reach you if you wish. We want to give
credit to the person who assembles the information. So submitted by..., who can be reached at...
